What happens if the product that I want is out of stock?
We aim to always have enough in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out. If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please email us at hello@curatiq.com
An item in my order is missing/damaged in transit! What do I do?
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at hello@curatiq.com with your order number, name of item, and an image of the item/parcel received and we’ll be happy to help you!

What payment menthods do you accept?
At CURATIQ we accept:
- Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.
- Omise is our authorized payment processor to accept PayNow on our behalf. Please use your bank app to scan the PayNow QR code provided and complete payment. (Below sample as reference)
- Local direct bank fund transfer via ATM transfer, Internet banking, or Paynow. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.

Yes, 100%! We only source our products from brands or authorized distributors directly. We pride ourselves on bringing you authentic quality beauty products so that you can have a peace of mind knowing that your products are genuine.

Yes, you may see the ingredients for each product under the designated product page. Look for the subheading 'Ingredients'.

How do I register?
Head over to our New Customer Account Page, and sign up with your name and a valid email address.
How do I change my account details?
It's easy to make changes to your details, whether it's your account information, password, reward points, or address book. Simply log-in to your account and you'll see a range of categories at the left hand side of the page.
Are my personal details safe if I create and account?

Rewards Program
How do I become a Curatiq Rewards Member?
Joining the Curatiq Rewards Program is simple and Free! Sign up with your email through the New Customer Account Page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time - there is no minimum spend required to be a Member.
Upon joining, you'll receive 50 points! Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your total point. Just be sure you log in with your Curatiq Member account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our community.
How do I earn Reward points?
Earn points each time you spend on Curatiq! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.curatiq.com).
Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our VIP's enjoy earning 1.3 points per $1 spent, and our VIP Reserves's earn 2 points per $1 spent.

How can I earn additional points?
You can earn extra points throught the following activities and actions:
- Earn 10 points when you Like Curatiq Facebook page and earn additional 10 points when you share our site via Facebook or Twitter.
- Earn up to 50 points when you leave product reviews.
- Earn 50 points when you leave us a testimonial.
- Earn 100 points ($5) for referring your friend.
Please note that points earned through actions don't apply towards your tier status. Tier status can only be earned through purchases.
How do I become a VIP or VIP Reserve?
You'll start out as a Member, and then be able to level up to a new tier like VIP or VIP Reserve. To become a VIP, you need to spend SGD300+ in a year. To become a VIP Reserve, you need to spend SGD1200+ in a year. Your tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.
For example, if earned VIP status on 01/01/22, you would keep that status through 01/01/23. If you were a VIP and then earned VIP Reserve status a few months later, your Reserve status would be a year from the date you earned the new status.
Do my Rewards points expire?
The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don't expire!
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in to your Member Account page, you can check your point balance under My Reward Points . Having trouble, or something doesn't seem correct? Reach out to us by sending an email to Hello@curatiq.com
How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem points for discounts. Key in the amount of points you would like to redeem and click on Apply Points.
You must purchase at least one item in order to redeem points for a product or discount.
How do I know what tier I am?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on your Account page.
Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points between two accounts. You can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account/email you're logged in with while shopping), but we recommend only using one account to maximize your points!

Discount and Gift-card
How do I apply Discount Code?
Before checking out, you will see a box located below Payment Method or Order Summary which says "Enter Discount Code"
Add your discount code in this box and click "Apply Discount".
If the code doesn’t work then you'll need to check that you're not trying to use more than one offer and none of the items are on our exclusion list.

How can I get a Gift Card?
You can buy Curatiq Gift Cards from our e-shop or click here to get yours now.
I received a Gift-card. How do I use it?
Before checking out, you will see a box located below Payment Method or Order Summary which says "Redeem and use your Gift Card now".
Key in your Gift Card details in this box and click "Activate".
You may also click on the "Check Gift Card Status" before using.
