After washing the face, apply an adequate amount of Pure Phagy Toner onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over face and lightly pat until thoroughly absorbed. Then follow with Pure Phagy Ampoule and Cream.
Tips: Pure Phagy Toner is rich in active ingredients. Soak the cotton pad with toner and place it on the skin for about 10 minutes.
