5. Adjust intensity with the intensity button. For first-time use, start at Level 1 and increase gradually to avoid muscle discomfort.
6. Press and hold the power button to turn off the device and remove it.
7. Clean the panel gently with a wet or dry tissue and store the device in a dry place.
